Our Thermal Treatment service utilizes specialized equipment and crew to super heat rooms to a temperature that will kill all stages of Bed Bugs.

Beds must be striped and linens washed and dried on high for half hour

or more before being returned.

Area should be vacuumed prior to treatment and vacuum bag discarded.

Valuable Items like cash and jewelry should not be left about.

Unplug all electrical items including televisions, cable boxes, modems,

computers, printers, telephones chargers etc. Remove external hard drives

from treatment area.

Remove all outlet covers and switch plates prior to arrival.

Turn off any alarms, sprinkler or other fire suppression systems. Contact

central station to avoid any false alarms in the event heat sensors are

accidentally triggered.

Please remove the following items from the premises prior to technicians

arrival.

All medications (prescriptions and over the counter) and cosmetics.

All alcohol, (including beer) vinegars and candles as well as other wax items

can be put in the fridge or removed. All plants and pets must be removed.

Musical instruments can normally remain in treatment area. Expensive or

irreplaceable instruments should be removed however cases should remain.

Anything that may react under pressure for example ammunition, guns, fire

extinguishers, aerosols, canned soda, fireworks, perfumes/colognes and

oxygen tanks, must be removed.

Overall clutter should be reduced and as much as possible items should be

away from walls. Please note that during the treatment some items may need

to be moved as indicated by monitoring heat sensors which are placed

throughout the treatment area.

Following treatment we require bed bug proof mattress and box spring

encasements on all beds which are available at discount rates.

Turn off and UNPLUG all electrical items from outlets including cable

boxes, modems, computers, printers, telephones chargers etc.

Remove external hard drives from treatment area. All ink toner

cartridges must be removed from printers and from treatment area

Remove all outlet covers and switch plates.

Turn off any alarms, sprinklers and any other fire suppression

systems. Please contact your central station in regard to heat process.

Please remove the following items from the premises, all medications

(prescriptions and over the counter) and cosmetics.

wax items must be put in the fridge or removed.

Valuable items like cash, jewelry and personal electronics must

be removed. Oil paintings should also be removed.

Anything that may react under pressure such as fire extinguishers,

aerosols, ammunition, guns, canned soda, fireworks,

perfumes/colognes & oxygen tanks, must be removed.

Overall office clutter must be reduced and as much as possible items

should be moved away from walls. Clothing, footwear and other items

must be removed from premises and should be placed in dryers before

off premise personal use. It is additionally recommended that these

items should not be reintroduced to the work place to preclude

reintroduction.

Please note that during the treatment some items may need to be

moved as indicated by monitoring heat sensors which are placed

throughout.
